An idea of establishing a publishing company in London dates back to 2004. Since Eastern European countries joined the European Union in 2004 great numbers of emigrants, mostly from Poland arrived in the United Kingdom. This recent movement has major impact on the growing interest in polish culture and polish books abroad, to which access is often restricted. A cheap book is rarely also a good piece of literature. Br@ndBook London Publishing offers a great range of books written by the well known and established polish authors and published in the United Kingdom in order to create a first point of contact between emigrants and their native culture.
